Originally a double deck screening plant which was converted by adding water sprayers to wash all clay & silt from the sand - excess water runs to a settling pond that is pumped back to the reservoir.

-Screening plant:
Mobile plant which removes vegetation and foreign objects by vibrating sand through screens.

-Batching plant:
We identified a need in the industry for consistency in blends and mixes. Blending manually with loaders leaves the product open to human error with regards to ratio's. We computerised our batching/blending/Mixing plant and the system is fully automated leaving no room for error in ratio's of products. We have developed formulas which have proven themselves in the market over the past year.

- Lime plant:
This plant was first erected 40 years ago, it underwent substantial modification during the years and today, is computerised to ensure correct ratios of lime and sand. Blended by a screw mixer ensuring consistency.
